To extend your teeth’s new color, you can eat foods that help promote the flow of saliva that can neutralize acid that also causes discoloration of the teeth. Aside from this, dairy products that are high in calcium help keep teeth white as well.

Smoking, is never a good thing both for the teeth and the body. If you have undergone whitening, you have to give up tobacco as well. Your teeth, along with your body, will thank you in the long run.
